Our Response to COVID-19
Due to the Stay At Home Order our Indiana Governor mandated, we are temporarily closed until the stay at home order is lifted. Once we re-open, we have put the following safeguards in place for the health of our employees, customers, and community at large:
- In our showroom, we have aggressively increased our sanitizing protocol in alignment with CDC standards to ensure our showroom is clean and safe for our guests and employees.
- We’ve committed to ensuring that our employees are healthy at work and staying home if they’re not feeling well.
- As a guest, we ask that if you have any symptoms of sickness (i.e. coughing or sneezing) we ask that you please visit us online and call us or revisit us when you’re feeling better.
- We will be limiting the amount of customers in our store at any one time and therefore encourage the making of appointments to avoid any delay to entering the showroom upon arrival.
- During In Store Consultations, we will be practicing social distancing protocols of 6’ distancing and no personal contact in a handshake free zone.
- We remain available for consultation by a phone call,260-489-4000 or by text, 260-868-3118
- Any deliveries will only occur to residences that are illness free. Out of respect for our customer’s safety, we will deliver into a garage or enclosed area if they prefer so our delivery team does not enter into the home.
