Pick-Up Procedures

When making arrangements to pick-up your merchandise, please call us at (260) 489-4000 to schedule your pick-up in advance and verify if your merchandise is at our store or Distribution Center location. See below for the Distribution Center location and directions. Click here for Pick-up Hours.

Any assembly required of picked up merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless you have purchased the assembly plan to have the merchandise fully assembled. Items will not be opened and inspected at the Distribution Center prior to pick-up. However, the purchaser is welcome to have us open and inspect items while picking up. We will gladly assist in loading your merchandise and supply twine and/or shrink wrap so you may properly secure it. However, for liability purposes, Klopfenstein Home Room’s employees will not tie-down or secure any merchandise to your vehicle.

Bring a valid photo I.D. and a copy of your sales ticket. Both are required and must be verified before your merchandise can be released.

If for any reason you get the merchandise home and notice any kind of (non-transit) damage to it, please call right away at (260) 489-4000 to notify us. Bring back the merchandise at your convenience to our Parts and Service Department, located inside our Distribution Center, and we’ll gladly assess and take care of your damaged merchandise under warranty.

Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in our Distribution Center, your merchandise must be scheduled for delivery or pick-up within 30 days. Although we have a limited amount of space in our Distribution Center, storage of paid in full merchandise (past 30 days) may be arranged for a $25 per piece per month fee. Payment for storage is required before the furniture is delivered or picked up.
